It has already happened. 2026 has already changed everything forever, because the models advanced as thinking models and are now grounding their recommendations in SEARCH (Bing search and Google search), which makes the results more valuable. Which makes more humans trust them. And the humans are now no longer interfacing with the search engines of olden days. They are getting their recommendations directly from the machines.

- May 2026 was the only point in time when LLM txt and LLM full txt were both used with clear evidence (currently only clear for Claude,

- shows how this shift is no longer happening. It’s already happened. It has been here, and it’s only growing stronger.
