Do you have directions for switching from Starbox Pro to Starbox Pro V2? Do we just deactivate the old plugin and activate the new? Will the old author data automatically be present?

Hey there, Gretchen! Thank you for reaching out. Starbox PRO v2 is a completely different plugin compared to Starbox PRO v1, re-designed from the ground up. Starbox PRO v2 doesn't replace Starbox PRO v1. You will have to download a separate plugin and configure it for your site's authors.

Currently, there isn't a specific feature for adding an author's LinkedIn profile link, but it's on our list of upcoming enhancements. Stay tuned for updates!
As for displaying co-authors for a blog post, this option isn't available in the current version of Starbox. However, your feedback is invaluable to us. Please feel free to share any suggestions or requests on our Roadmap here: https://squirrly.feedbear.c....

The deal page talks about all future V2 updates....so even with 3 codes if you release V3 it won't be included. Am i correct?

No, that is not correct.
Our Starbox PRO v1 clients will receive access to v2, according to the plans they've paid, once the Beta period for v2 is over. They will receive the access according to their plans, at no extra costs on their end. (even though they will have to login to the Customer App and take the v2 plugin).
If we ever create another completely new version of Starbox, then v1 and v2 payers will get access to that one, under the same conditions.

Can Starbox Pro be used on a Team Page for a website? We have a Team Page and currently have a picture and bio for certain team members. I'm not pasting the link for you to view since I'm not sure if that's allowed. This presentation from Starbox is a better visual for visitors to see. I'd love to purchase if it can be utilized for this purpose.
Also, any plans to be able to use the software on a Non-Wordpress site?

About your question regarding non-WordPress sites: currently, we don't have immediate plans to expand Starbox PRO for non-WordPress sites.

It could be used via shortcodes (which is a feature we're planning to build soon).
In elementor, divi, oxygen, etc. you could create the layout and then place the shortcodes. When the page loads, the Starboxes get displayed.
It would be 500x500 if using the Highly Visual themes at the moment, so you could have two of them side by side on a web page.

You will receive the license, but you will have to download a separate plugin.
We have a set of themes that are called: "Standard themes" and those are simillar to those in Starbox v1, but that's the only thing that looks the same.
The entire code is different from v1 to v2 and also the license system.
